Pacific Anxiety Group (PAG) is a warm, collegial, and highly regarded Bay Area group practice dedicated to providing evidence-based care for anxiety, OCD, trauma, stress, and related conditions. We are currently expanding and seeking licensed psychologists (PhD or PsyD) to join us as 1099 independent contractors—with openings for clinicians who specialize in working with adults, children and teens, and/or couples.
Whether you're looking to build a full caseload or maintain a flexible part-time practice, PAG offers the professional support and clinical community to help you thrive.
Opportunities for Adult Psychologists
We are seeking clinicians experienced in treating adults with anxiety, OCD, trauma, and related concerns. Ideal candidates have strong training in evidence-based therapies and enjoy the autonomy and flexibility of private practice with the benefit of a supportive team.
Opportunities for Child & Teen Psychologists
Join our vibrant, dedicated team of child and teen clinicians. You’ll work with children, adolescents, and families on issues including anxiety, OCD, school stress, and family dynamics. Experience with CBT, ACT, SPACE, PCIT, and/or parent coaching is especially welcome.
Opportunities for Couples Therapists
We are also expanding our couples therapy services and are seeking psychologists with specialized training in evidence-based approaches to relationship work (e.g., Gottman Method, EFT). If you're passionate about helping couples navigate communication, conflict, and connection, we'd love to support your work at PAG.

Who We're Looking For:
Licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD), or license-eligible, in California
Strong background in evidence-based treatment (CBT, ERP, ACT, etc.)
Interest in working in our specialty areas, including anxiety, stress, burnout, OCD, trauma, couples therapy, and/or related issues
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Dedication to promoting and offering culturally-sensitive, inclusive approaches to therapy
Minimum availability of 8 client hours/week (more available if desired)
Bonus If You Have:
Experience with children, teens, or couples
Bilingual abilities
Training in other specialized modalities (e.g., DBT, CPT, PE, MBCT, CFT)
