Pacific Anxiety Group (PAG) is a highly regarded, evidence-based psychotherapy practice serving adults, children, teens, and couples throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and California via telehealth and in-person care. Our clinicians specialize in the treatment of anxiety, OCD, trauma, stress, and related conditions, using empirically supported approaches grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy and related modalities.
We are currently contracting with licensed psychologists (PhD or PsyD) who are committed to clinical excellence and interested in building or maintaining a flexible, independent practice within a supportive and collegial professional environment.

We welcome psychologists with expertise in working with adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, trauma, stress, depression, and related concerns. Clinicians provide evidence-based treatments including CBT, ACT, ERP, and trauma-informed approaches.
Child & Teen Psychologists

We welcome psychologists with expertise in working with children, adolescents, and families. Clinicians provide evidence-based treatment for anxiety, OCD, school stress, and family-related concerns. Experience with CBT, ACT, SPACE, PCIT, and parent coaching is especially valued.

We welcome psychologists with experience providing evidence-based couples therapy. Experience with approaches such as CBT for couples, Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy, Gottman Method, or EFT is especially valued.

As an independent contractor, you maintain control over your schedule and caseload. Opportunities are available for clinicians seeking to build a full caseload or maintain a part-time practice, depending on your goals and availability.

Hybrid in-person/telehealth may be an option. We do not have any current need for Telehealth-only.
Ideal Candidates
We welcome psychologists who:
Hold a PhD or PsyD in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology
Are licensed in California
Have strong training in evidence-based psychotherapy
Interest in working in our specialty areas, including anxiety, stress, burnout, OCD, trauma, couples therapy, and/or related issues
Dedication to promoting and offering culturally-sensitive, inclusive approaches to therapy
Demonstrate warmth, professionalism, and clinical integrity
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
