Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging

  • We aim to create an environment that is welcoming of all people from all backgrounds.

  • We recognize that providing excellent treatment includes having an understanding of our own identities,  learning about each client’s identities, and bringing cultural humility to our work.

  • We aim to foster a sense of belonging within our team of clinicians, staff, and trainees where everyone can bring their full selves to our group and celebrate their differences.

  • We value having diversity among our clinicians, and we believe that fostering an inclusive, diverse group of clinicians will help us better serve the unique needs of our community.

  • We recognize our privilege and that not all individuals have had equal access to health care and psychotherapy services.  We are committed to taking steps to improve access and reduce barriers to mental health care where we can.

  • We recognize that there is no end point to our efforts to becoming a more diverse, equitable and inclusive practice, and we are dedicated to promoting ongoing learning and taking concrete actions that are aligned with our values.

  • In May 2023, we partnered with Aetna with the goal of making top-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy accessible to more members of our community

  • We offer lower fee treatment to clients based on household income to help make our services more affordable
