Clinic Office Manager Position

The Pacific Anxiety Group (PAG), a group of evidence-based clinicians specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and stress, is looking to hire an office manager to help support this thriving group practice.

The office manager holds an important role in supporting the leadership, clinicians, and clinical assistants at PAG, while also being the first point of contact with potential clients.  The office manager has a number of responsibilities including, but not limited to: 

  • Responding to incoming calls, emails, and faxes from current and prospective clients as well as referring providers

  • Interfacing with potential clients in a welcoming, responsive manner

  • Providing administrative support to PAG leadership, including billing and insurance help 

  • Overseeing onboarding for new PAG hires

  • Supporting PAG clinicians with needs such as insurance claims and billing help

  • Supporting the Clinic Directors with site-specific needs such as ordering supplies

  • Providing support for CE events, PAG events, and meetings

  • Providing other administrative support as needed 

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and seek help when needed

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with leadership, clinicians, and members of the community

  • Great team player

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required; interest in psychology a plus

This position will be a part-time position of approximately 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday.  The hours are flexible, though some availability is necessary during the business day to respond to calls and emails from potential clients.  The position will be largely remote, though it will sometimes require in-person work (for example, helping set up for meetings and events, going to the PAG offices to check on supplies, etc).
