Victoria M. Cabrera, Ph.D., BCBA
Dr. Cabrera (she/her/hers) is a postdoctoral fellow working under the supervision of Drs. Anne-Pier Voyer, Ph.D. and Amelia Yu, Psy.D. Dr. Cabrera is a trilingual (native speaker in Spanish, fluent in Portuguese), clinician who is passionate about person-centered, values-based, and culturally informed care. She specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy, parent coaching, and other evidence-based approaches for children and adolescents with anxiety, selective mutism, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, autism, ADHD, and behavioral challenges. She received her Ph.D. in Child & Adolescent Clinical Psychology from Florida International University, specializing in youth anxiety disorders, and her master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Miami. She later completed her predoctoral internship at Stanford Children’s Hospital/Children’s Health Council. Dr. Cabrera is dedicated to supporting children and families in achieving their goals, nurturing self-esteem, and fostering independence to promote overall well-being.
In her free time, Dr. Cabrera enjoys exploring the Bay Area with her dog, Mila, trying new recipes, and reading.
