PAG psychologists provide state of the art treatment including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT-informed treatment, Exposure and Response Prevention, trauma focused treatment such as Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-Based approaches. Treatment is offered through in-person and video therapy sessions.

Concerns treated in children and adolescents

Like adults, children and adolescents can suffer from anxiety disorders and depression. Although children experience the symptoms in much the same way as adults, they may display and react to symptoms differently.  Research has shown that if left untreated, children with anxiety disorders and depression are at higher risk for negative outcomes such as poor school performance, poor social skills, and substance abuse.
