Group Therapy

PAG offers several therapy groups for children, adolescents, and adults. Many clients find that group therapy is a rewarding and safe way to build interpersonal skills, connect with others, and learn from people who are experiencing similar issues.


Cognitive-Behavioral Group Therapy (CBGT) 
for Social Anxiety

This 12-week class for adults is based on well-researched strategies to help overcome social anxiety.

Advanced Cognitive-Behavioral Skills Group for Anxiety

This monthly, 6-session group is for adults with anxiety who have already benefited from cognitive-behavioral therapy, and who would like to receive support for their ongoing use of these skills.
