He collaboratively works with clients to clarify goals and develop a treatment plan to best fit their unique needs.

Dr. Brach received his Psy.D. from the PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Before beginning his doctoral training, Dr. Brach conducted neuroimaging research evaluating the impact of mindfulness practice on the brain, cognition, and emotion. He draws upon this background in bringing evidence-based mindfulness approaches into his work when they fit with client’s specific goals.

This experience has led him to incorporate mind-body interventions and technologies that support individuals in cultivating resilience and enhancing wellbeing into his practice.
