Dr. Ludhani is a licensed psychologist (PSY34037) who specializes in the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, life transitions, behavioral difficulties, and developmental challenges. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and incorporates elements of other evidence-based treatments including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) into her work. Dr. Ludhani also enjoys helping parents develop positive parenting skills and working collaboratively with parents to help them reach a fulfilling family life. She uses a combination of parenting specific interventions and has specialized training in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions). Dr. Ludhani tailors treatment to the unique needs of each individual and the developmental level of each child. Her therapeutic approach is open and warm, and she strives to make clients feel safe and understood.

Dr. Ludhani received her doctorate degree (PsyD) from William James College in Newton, Massachusetts. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship at Pacific Anxiety Group, and her predoctoral internship at Child and Family Guidance Center in Northridge, California, a community mental health agency where she delivered evidence-based treatments to underserved children, adolescents, young adults, and parents. As a doctoral student, Dr. Ludhani completed practicums providing therapy to adolescents in school settings and to individuals across the lifespan in an outpatient counseling center. She also received extensive training and has experience in neuropsychological and neurodevelopmental assessments of children, adolescents, and adults. This background helps Dr. Ludhani understand how cognitive strengths and weaknesses contribute to the way clients navigate the world.

Dr. Ludhani is fluent in English and Spanish. She is also proficient in spoken Hindi.
